Welcome to JomTajwid. These Terms & Conditions (together with our End User License Agreement, "EULA") govern your download, installation, and use of all mobile applications published by JomTajwid, including but not limited to:

• JomSolat: Islamic Prayer Times, Qibla Compass Direction, Adhan Notifications, and Quran Mushaf.
• JomTajwid: Comprehensive Tajwid Learning, Rules, Audio Recitations, and Interactive Quizzes.
• JomIqra: Iqra Books 1 to 6 Reading Curriculum, Audio Makhraj Pronunciations, and Quranic Literacy.

By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Apps from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any authorized platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the Apps.

1. Intellectual Property & License

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, audio recordings, graphic assets, typography, and source code associated with JomSolat, JomTajwid, and JomIqra remain the exclusive property of JomTajwid and its licensors.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Apps strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational and religious use on devices that you own or control.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Apps or any audio/visual content therein.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or commercially exploit any content or software provided in the Apps without prior written permission.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play)

Billing & Payment

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS devices) or Google Account (for Android devices) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate specified at the time of purchase.
• Pricing: Subscription prices and billing cycles (e.g., monthly, yearly, or lifetime) are clearly displayed on the paywall screen inside each App prior to purchase and may vary by region or local currency.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

How to Cancel or Manage Subscriptions

You can manage, change, or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your device account settings:

• On iOS (Apple App Store): Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad > tap your Apple ID / Name > tap Subscriptions > select the App > tap Cancel Subscription. (For assistance, visit Apple Support).
• On Android (Google Play Store): Open the Google Play Store app > tap your profile icon at top right > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the App > tap Cancel Subscription. (For assistance, visit Google Play Support).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will retain access to premium features until that date. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.

3. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

For users who download our Apps via the Apple App Store, these Terms incorporate and complement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict, the terms of Apple's Standard EULA shall apply where required by Apple:

5. Connectivity, Device Security & Data Charges

Certain functions of the Apps (such as online audio streaming, downloading lessons, or verifying subscription entitlements via RevenueCat) require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular mobile data).

• Network Charges: If using cellular data, your mobile service provider's standard terms, data allowances, and roaming fees apply. JomTajwid is not responsible for any data overage fees.
• Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can expose your phone to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Apps to malfunction.
• Battery: Certain features such as compass sensors or audio playback consume device battery. Ensure your device is adequately charged.

Our Apps utilize reliable third-party services that declare their own terms and privacy practices:

• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store Services
• Firebase (Google)
• RevenueCat (In-App Subscriptions)
• Unity Technologies

7. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty

The Apps and their contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JomTajwid and its developers disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall JomTajwid be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Apps.

8. Changes to These Terms & App Updates

We reserve the right to update the Apps and revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to comply with law, reflect app updates, or implement new features. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
